Women’s Retreat
Breathe, Empower, Renew
Grab a friend & escape for the weekend!
March 6-8th
April 17-19th
Breathe, body, mind, soul, vision. Stretch, relax, rejuvenate,
empower. These qualities are embodied in a Women’s Weekend Retreat
at the Commodore Hotel Linden.
Time in nature, with friends, and in “reflection with self”
are the themes of these very special weekends. Great food, great company,
and a lot of laughs! In addition to group-led nature hikes at Lady Finger
State Park, participants will enjoy wholesome, healthy food and inspiring
wellness activities including gentle yoga, guided meditation, and a creative
goal-visioning session. Creative activities will be both individual and
interactive, provided by Jodi Brey…an experienced instructor who
creates a supportive, encouraging atmosphere for artists and non-artists
alike.
Trust us, you don’t need an artistic background to participate…just
a “joie de vivre!” and an openness to the possibilities of
your own future. Individuals and groups alike are welcome to make reservations.
